    Standard delivery takes 5–7 working days. Express delivery (2–3 days) is available at checkout for an additional charge. We ship pan-India and provide tracking via WhatsApp and email.

    Changes can be made within 2 hours of placing the order, before design approval. Once engraving begins, changes cannot be made. Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours for a full refund.

    We offer 7-day hassle-free returns for non-personalized items. For personalized items, we replace any product with manufacturing defects — just send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll take care of it.

    Yes! We specialize in corporate gifting. Minimum 10 units for bulk pricing. All our products can be customized with company logos, branding, and personalized messages. Contact us for a custom quote.

    We use premium MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) and natural Pine Wood for different products. All materials are responsibly sourced. The finish is either natural matte or lacquer-sealed depending on the product.
